Your first osteopathy consultation will usually take around an hour, in which we will assess your medical history and current health condition thoroughly. After this, your osteopath will run a depth assessment of your posture and your condition, offering you a detailed understanding of your condition, treatment options, and outlie plan that would best suit your full recovery. We might also refer you for imaging and scans, if needed. Your consultation will last between 30 to 45 minutes, during this time your osteopath will solely focus on you and treating you, not bouncing between rooms and multiple patients at once.
