Lifestyle Essentials offers you the opportunity to train in your own private group. If you have a group of 3-6 friends who would like to train together once or twice a week we are happy to create a Private Personal Training Group just for you!
Like all of our Personal training packages if you set up a private group you also receive access to our group fitness classes. This means that you can train in your own private group once or twice a week, as well as participate in our group time table, ensuring that you achieve the results you need.

We offer over 15 group classes across the week, these groups include, circuits classes, cross training classes, boxing classes, strength training classes, exercise for the older adults, abs and stretching classes, mums and bubs classes and more…..
All of our classes are limited to only 10 people – bookings are essentials. Our groups run to support you, giving you all of your health and fitness needs in one place like ghostwriting bachelorarbeit support structured, guided, and professional. By partnering our group sessions with your personal training sessions allows us to ensure that you whole exercise program is managed by our fitness professionals. So you are always supervised, safe and doing the best program for you.
